COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Motor CBN2303SB345U140 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Varvel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wittenstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Victaulic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Varvel such as the MVR301B3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TP025GMF170G02SPGG manufactured by Wittenstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Wittenstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 212X2750 by Manufacturer Victaulic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Voith Brand 750TVEPK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner such as UM501040 equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP180SMF270 made by Wittenstein as well as the popular VDT063MF110041AC original spares produced by Wittenstein Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 924 by Winsmith and UM501040 spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 943MWN30LR100B14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
